Jeff Goldblum and Brian Stokes Mitchell to Play Rachel's Gay Dads on 'Glee' | TV Line »

popculturebrain:

Rodney Ruxin and Rachel Berry would have the same father.

Oh fuck, this is perfect. Unfortunately, it means I have to watch another episode of Glee, a task I thought I was finally rid of.

I have no intention of ever watching another episode of Glee, but I am reblogging this for the sake of my eyeballs.

I ask only two things of Glee.
1) More Artie, Tina, Mercedes and Mike.2) Puck and Quinn sexytimes. In that regard, I deem tonight’s episode a success, albeit a light one because eyebrow raising, ex-parental tension fodder doesn’t really count as sexytimes, but I’m flexible.

I watched Glee tonight because it was on and because I have an antenna now and… it was actually pretty great. YOUR NEW WRITERS ARE OBVIOUS, GLEE. Totally okay with Quinn being burnt out and evil and pink-haired (QUINN/PUCK REUNION PLEASE) and Rachel being Kurt’s ultimate hag. I also got some secret musical theater nerd excitement out of the crew singing “You Can’t Stop the Beat” from Hairspray while Schu watched with a big grin. ~NEVER FORGET~

Glee, I have pretty much stopped caring 100% and I barely even watch anymore and really you’re just an awful show in general these days (still with all sorts of potential, but potential I know you’ll never put to good use). But if you resurrected Puck/Quinn sexytimes, I would be okay with you again, just saying.

gleeky:

Dina Lohan is spitting mad at “Glee” after last night’s show featured a scene in which Gwyneth Paltrow, playing a substitute Spanish teacher, instructed her students in the language by asking them questions related to Lindsay Lohan.
In the scene, Paltrow’s character asks in Spanish (and translated via subtitles onscreen): “Lindsay Lohan is totally crazy, right?”
Then, in an effort (presumably) to teach the students the number 5, Paltrow’s character quizzes, “How many times has Lindsay Lohan been to rehab?”
Well, Dina Lohan is not letting this slide. She tells Gossip Cop, “Our lawyers are sending a letter” to “Glee” on the grounds that the show allegedly defamed the actress who, by all accounts, is working hard on her recovery.
A rep for Lohan adds, “Lindsay has an issue that millions of people around the world are dealing with yet ‘Glee’ is treating addiction as a laughing matter.”

I’m pretty sure Glee wasn’t making fun of addiction. They were making fun of Lindsay Lohan, who is an immature, irresponsible woman who uses her celebrity status to get out of the shit situations she puts herself in. Dina Lohan, shut the fuck up forever and ever.

Finn is by and far the best character on Glee right now. His consistent stupidity is just… nice. And refreshing for a show with a bunch of supposedly smart characters who are unintentionally stupid.
